If a second account of a pet wishes to become the main one, this article will explain how.

Method 1: Dual Party Agreement

In this method, the current main account and the second account both agree to swapping roles.   This will be done through a written agreement provided by Pettagram.  


To proceed with this, the current main account must email swap@pettagram.xyz with the following email format:

From: registered-main-account@provider.tld
Subject: Swap Request

Body: [Name of Main Account] and [Name of Main Account] 2 wish to swap positions, making [Name of Main Account] [Name of Main Account] 2 and [Name of Main Account] 2 [Name of Main Account].

Make sure the email is sent from the registered Pettagram account's email.  Our team will assist you beyond the point.  

Method 2: Secondary Active 

This method applies incase of the second account being more active than the main. 

If this method is falsely used, the second account may be suspended or terminated.

 


Requirements:

  • Second account must have been active in the last 72 hours.  
  • Main account must not have been active in the last 1.5 months.
  • Main account must not have posted in last 3 months.  

If this method is used, the second account should email swap@pettagram.xyz saying:

From: registered-second-account@provider.tld
Subject: Secondary Active Swap for [Name of Pet]

Body: I, [Name of Pet] 2 wish to swap with [link of main account] because they have been inactive for 1.5 months, not posted in the last 3 months and I have been active in the last 72 hours.
